適用于輸送低(di)溫食品物質，有良好的抗負(fu)壓(ya)能力，有一定的耐壓(ya)力，酒(jiu)類用連接導管，

產品結構：

材料：聚氨脂材料

編織：無任何織物(wu)層(ceng)。全透明(ming)狀(zhuang)態

鋼(gang)絲：采用單層SS304不銹鋼(gang)絲，間距為5MM

產品特性：

——工作溫度范圍‘-40oC / +80oC 在短時間內可(ke)達到  100oC 

——具(ju)有(you)很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清(qing)潔，易(yi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)不(bu)粘水(shui)，易(yi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)不(bu)附著任(ren)何殘留物(wu)。

——無嗅、無味,完全(quan)無毒。

——PU軟管通過不含塑化劑(ji)成(cheng)分，完全不含鄰苯二(er)甲酸或其它合(he)成(cheng)增塑劑(ji)。

Product application:

Suitable for transporting low temperature food material and has good anti-negative pressure ability and certain pressure resistance 

as the connecting hose for alcoholic beverages. 

Product structure:

Materials: Polyurethane material

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5MM

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -40 to +80 degrees Celsius and it can reach 100 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking. After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. 

-No smell, tasteless, non-toxic, durable. 

-These hoses are usually highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed.

-can be equipped with food sanitary grade quick SMS connectors, TC connectors and flange connectors, etc.

-The hoses pass the United States FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (food and Drug Administration) food grade certification.

-PU hose PU hose dones not contain any plasticizer composition and are completely free of phthalates in two formic acid or 

other synthetic plasticizers.
